Coyote wasn't the sort to worry too much about ventilating things, so he just set the whole place up as a giant sweatlodge, sang a song or two, and stripped himself down to relax in the stifling heat and get his sweat on.
Those walking by might note the occasional leak of steam coming from under the door.
